Q01Do you work with offshore brokers as well as regulated?+

Yes. We work with FCA, CySEC, ASIC and DFSA-regulated brands and with SVG, Vanuatu, Seychelles and Comoros entities. Our architecture is designed to sit cleanly on either side of the regulatory line — compliance-safe by default, and jurisdiction-aware where the same AI feature needs to behave differently by legal entity.

Q02Do you build inside MT4 and MT5 or alongside them?+

Alongside. We consume MT4/MT5 flow via the Manager API, Gateway feeds or your bridge (PrimeXM, oneZero, Centroid) and expose AI systems as services your dealing, retention and compliance teams call from the tools they already use. We do not modify the terminal itself, which keeps you MetaQuotes-safe and license-safe.

Q03How fast can you show a broker something real?+

The 2-week AI Diagnostic (£15k) produces a written blueprint, a working proof-of-concept against a slice of your real data, and a fixed-price roadmap for the first Build. Most engagements close on a productised Build within 2–4 weeks of the Diagnostic ending.

Q04Who owns the IP and the models?+

You do. Every KJ Capital build ships to your infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP or on-prem), with your data staying in your tenancy, your model choices (frontier, open-weights or private) and full source-code delivery. We do not resell your data, we do not train on it, and we do not lock you into a proprietary runtime.

Q05Do you help with A-book vs B-book decisions?+

Directly. Our Dealing Desk AI work covers real-time toxic-flow scoring, LP scorecards, per-client and per-symbol A/B routing recommendations, and exposure alerting. It's the single most requested build we do for brokers.

Q06Do you integrate with our existing CRM instead of replacing it?+

Yes — we integrate. B2Core, FYNXT, Skale, Impact Telecom, Leverate, Salesforce FSC and custom in-house CRMs are all fine. We layer AI (segmentation, next-best-action, dormancy prediction, IB scoring) on top of your CRM's data rather than force a migration.

Q07Can you handle WhatsApp, Telegram and voice call surveillance?+

Yes. Our comms surveillance work covers WhatsApp Business, Telegram, WeChat, email and voice — transcribed, translated where needed, screened against MiFID II, FCA COBS, ASIC RG 271 and CySEC directives, and surfaced to compliance in a triage queue rather than a wall of alerts.
