Where we started

Seven tools, three teams, no shared truth about who a client was. Marketing was reporting one CAC; finance was seeing another. The FTD funnel had never been mapped end-to-end.

What we built

A unified customer graph, a visual journey builder for the CRM team, and a lead-to-first-deposit flow that recovers drop-off with device-, geo- and PSP-specific messaging.

Where they are now

The CRM team ships new flows without engineering. Marketing spend reallocates weekly against real deposits. The book is bigger, and the cost of acquiring it is meaningfully lower.
